My name is Nick Gerli and I am the founder and CEO of Reventure App.
My dual passions in life are 1) real estate and 2) data analysis. These passions propelled me to start the real estate consulting firm Reventure Consulting in 2020 with the mission of helping homebuyers and real estate investors better understand the trends in their local housing market. In the process of growing Reventure Consulting, I launched a
YouTube Channel that has grown to have over 400,000 subscribers and 4 million monthly views, making it the #1 online resource for real estate content and data in America.
But soon I realized that it wasn't enough for me to just share real estate data and insights on YouTube. Rather, I was driven to create a product that allowed you as a homebuyer or real estate investor to access the data yourself. Which is where Reventure App comes in. Starting in 2021 I began building this product as a way to help homebuyers and investors take the guesswork out of buying a house.
